I am aiming for 4 books a month this year. This month I only finished 2 books and both of those were completed in the first week of February. Late last year I shut down the first full scale project I had built.

Monday, August 23, 2010. Whenever I cook a dish I have never made before, I always start by surfing the web for a variety of recipes. I usually find a few that look good and mix and match elements to create something that seems the tastiest. I also read the reviews of the recipes and what troubles people had as well as what substitutions they may have tried.
